My goal as a psychotherapist is to work collaboratively with you to address your mental health needs. I maintain a safe, respectful, empathetic, and non-judgmental therapeutic environment to disclose what is causing your emotional distress.
There are no situations or dilemmas too minuscule or immeasurable that cannot be discussed. I work with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, grief, stress, low self-esteem and have difficulty setting boundaries. I also work with couples experiencing relational discord.
I bring ten years of clinical experience and over 15 years in social and community services. I am licensed in Florida as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, and Qualified Mental Health Counselor Supervisor.
